A nossa vis\u00e3o continua a ser a mesma: uma Europa em que todos os migrantes possam ter uma vida saud\u00e1vel e segura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Continuaremos a tirar partido dos conhecimentos e da experi\u00eancia dos defensores da sa\u00fade dos migrantes na linha da frente. Sabemos que \u00e9 esta colabora\u00e7\u00e3o que nos permite encontrar solu\u00e7\u00f5es inovadoras para as desigualdades em mat\u00e9ria de sa\u00fade dos migrantes na regi\u00e3o europeia. Concentrar-nos-emos em:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e acesso \u00e0 PrEP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e teste do VIH<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direitos de tratamento do VIH<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pol\u00edtica em mat\u00e9ria de VIH<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Continuaremos a refor\u00e7ar a capacidade individual e colectiva dos nossos <a href=\"https:\/\/mihealtheurope.org\/pt\/parceiros-de-cuidados-de-saude-para-migrantes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Parceria <\/a>atrav\u00e9s da partilha de recursos, boas pr\u00e1ticas e conhecimentos, a fim de influenciar e ter impacto nas pol\u00edticas nacionais e regionais. O nosso objetivo \u00e9 criar uma regi\u00e3o europeia que responda melhor \u00e0s necessidades de cuidados de sa\u00fade dos migrantes que vivem com o VIH ou que est\u00e3o em risco de contrair o VIH e que s\u00e3o exclu\u00eddos dos sistemas de sa\u00fade tradicionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.africadvocacy.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AAF<\/a> O Diretor de Programas, Denis Onyango, afirma: \"Este programa permite-nos continuar a defender a equidade na sa\u00fade para os migrantes em circunst\u00e2ncias prec\u00e1rias em toda a Europa, a exercer press\u00e3o para que o direito \u00e0 sa\u00fade seja significativamente alargado a todos, independentemente do estatuto migrat\u00f3rio, e a capacitar as comunidades migrantes. Estamos ansiosos por ver o que podemos conseguir quando as comunidades migrantes se juntam\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Parceria Mi-Health HIV est\u00e1 entusiasmada e determinada a desenvolver as nossas principais realiza\u00e7\u00f5es da primeira fase da nossa parceria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mobiliz\u00e1mos e test\u00e1mos 2.402 migrantes em circunst\u00e2ncias prec\u00e1rias e exclu\u00eddos dos servi\u00e7os para o VIH e descobrimos que 154 testaram positivo para o VIH (taxa de preval\u00eancia de 6,41%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lig\u00e1mos 1.071 migrantes aos cuidados de sa\u00fade em 10 pa\u00edses europeus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A nossa parceria co-criou e produziu 54 recursos educativos \u00fanicos sobre o VIH em 9 l\u00ednguas e divulgou 17 020 materiais aos migrantes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Constru\u00edmos um f\u00f3rum de interc\u00e2mbio comunit\u00e1rio coeso que apoia as nossas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de primeira linha e 93% das nossas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es parceiras concordaram ou concordaram fortemente que as suas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es tinham conseguido algo que de outra forma n\u00e3o teriam conseguido devido ao seu envolvimento com a Parceria Mi-Health HIV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reunimos dados nunca antes recolhidos, desagregados e de alta qualidade sobre migrantes e VIH e apresent\u00e1mos os nossos resultados em tr\u00eas confer\u00eancias internacionais<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Convoc\u00e1mos uma cimeira in\u00e9dita centrada no VIH no contexto da migra\u00e7\u00e3o, que contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de mais de 89 delegados importantes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estamos sempre gratos a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gilead.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gilead Sciences<\/a> por apoiarem o nosso trabalho, pela sua dedica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 equidade na sa\u00fade e por apoiarem as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es lideradas e baseadas na comunidade.
