LHIVE Diritti e prevenzione promeut et d\u00e9fend le droit \u00e0 la sant\u00e9, organise des campagnes pour r\u00e9duire la propagation des infections sexuellement transmissibles, travaille \u00e0 l'affirmation des principes et des relations de solidarit\u00e9, lutte contre toutes les formes de violation des droits humains, civils et de citoyennet\u00e9 des personnes vivant avec le VIH (PLWHA) et de tous les groupes vuln\u00e9rables (jeunes, femmes, travailleurs du sexe, toxicomanes, d\u00e9tenus, migrants), notamment en mettant en place des services d'int\u00e9gration humaine et sociale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les objectifs sp\u00e9cifiques de LHIVE sont les suivants<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>d\u00e9fendre les droits des personnes vivant avec le VIH\/sida et des personnes vuln\u00e9rables et marginalis\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mettre en \u00e9vidence leurs besoins et les rendre visibles, essayer d'apporter les premiers secours et inciter les institutions \u00e0 les prendre en charge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d\u00e9velopper et g\u00e9rer des exp\u00e9riences pilotes pour d\u00e9fendre les droits des personnes vivant avec le VIH\/sida et des personnes vuln\u00e9rables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>planifier et g\u00e9rer des exp\u00e9riences pilotes pour la pr\u00e9vention des infections sexuellement transmissibles chez les personnes vuln\u00e9rables et dans la population g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>planifier et g\u00e9rer des exp\u00e9riences pilotes visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l'observance th\u00e9rapeutique des personnes vivant avec le VIH\/sida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>r\u00e9duire la propagation des infections sexuellement transmissibles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>promouvoir la sant\u00e9 physique et mentale des groupes fragiles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au sein de l'association, il existe les groupes de travail suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Groupe du VIH, des infections sexuellement transmissibles et des infections transmises par le sang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Groupe sur le d\u00e9veloppement de projets et de cours de formation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le \"Groupe Afrique\" coordonne les activit\u00e9s de soutien aux migrants vivant en Sicile et les activit\u00e9s de lutte contre le sida au Zimbabwe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le \"Gruppo Antartide\" s'occupe des questions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la consommation et \u00e0 l'abus de drogues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Services b\u00e9n\u00e9voles r\u00e9alis\u00e9s avec des fonds propres :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Service d'accueil : r\u00e9unions sur place avec les op\u00e9rateurs de LHIVE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ligne d'assistance t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique : activit\u00e9s de conseil et d'observation du territoire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conseil m\u00e9dico-psychologique : entretiens individuels, de couple ou de famille au si\u00e8ge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Groupes d'entraide pour les personnes vivant avec le VIH\/sida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test salivaire pour le diagnostic de l'infection par le VIH et de l'h\u00e9patite C<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avis juridiques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le secr\u00e9tariat social fournira une assistance pour l'obtention d'une pension d'invalidit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activit\u00e9s d'information et de formation destin\u00e9es aux jeunes, aux enseignants, aux \u00e9tudiants, aux infirmi\u00e8res, aux psychologues, aux travailleurs sociaux, aux m\u00e9decins, aux \u00e9ducateurs, aux migrants, aux travailleurs du sexe, aux toxicomanes et aux d\u00e9tenus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formation interne (membres, b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, op\u00e9rateurs LHIVE)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Activit\u00e9s r\u00e9alis\u00e9es et\/ou soutenues au Zimbabwe avec des fonds propres :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Progetto \"Susy Costanzo\" - Diamo vite all'Africa. Le projet vise \u00e0 collecter des fonds pour soutenir les activit\u00e9s de l'h\u00f4pital Luisa Guidotti bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Mutoko, au Zimbabwe, en particulier pour fournir des services gratuits aux personnes d\u00e9munies vivant dans les villages. Le projet pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement l'envoi p\u00e9riodique de personnel de sant\u00e9. Le projet a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en 2004 et est toujours en cours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projets financ\u00e9s en cours :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Progetto \"Promouvoir l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 sexuelle et reproductive pour les survivants de la violence sexuelle et sexiste et r\u00e9duire les risques\" rivolto alle persone migranti. HCR 2017\/2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Progetto \"Mi-Health HIV Partnership - a community-led initiative to address the gaps in the HIV cascade of care amongst key migrant communities\" (Partenariat Mi-Health pour le VIH - une initiative communautaire visant \u00e0 combler les lacunes dans la cascade de soins pour le VIH au sein des principales communaut\u00e9s de migrants).
