Stop a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 1986 en tant qu'association communautaire de base (sous le nom de Gais per la Salut), dans le but de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l'impact d\u00e9vastateur du VIH sur la communaut\u00e9 homosexuelle, avant que les administrations elles-m\u00eames ne le fassent.

Nous \u0153uvrons en faveur de la sant\u00e9 sexuelle de la communaut\u00e9 des lesbiennes, gays, transsexuels et bisexuels (LGBT+) et des hommes et femmes transgenres qui travaillent dans le secteur du sexe.

Nous formons des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et des travailleurs lesbiens, gays, bisexuels, h\u00e9t\u00e9rosexuels et transgenres.

Nous nous engageons \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les soins de sant\u00e9 sexuelle et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des conditions, \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle universelle, qui permettent \u00e0 chacun d'exprimer sa sexualit\u00e9 sans discrimination. Nous \u0153uvrons pour l'\u00e9limination des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et pour la reconnaissance et la protection du droit de vivre l'orientation sexuelle et l'identit\u00e9 de genre des personnes et de leur diversit\u00e9, en nous appuyant sur la coop\u00e9ration au d\u00e9veloppement (par exemple avec des projets d'information, de formation et d'autonomisation de la communaut\u00e9 LGTB+ en Am\u00e9rique latine), l'action humanitaire, l'\u00e9ducation et la mobilisation sociale.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
