{"id":1634,"date":"2023-03-30T17:07:57","date_gmt":"2023-03-30T16:07:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mihealtheurope.org\/?p=1634"},"modified":"2024-06-12T09:32:39","modified_gmt":"2024-06-12T08:32:39","slug":"rapport-du-sommet-sur-les-migrations-et-le-vih","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mihealtheurope.org\/fr\/mind-the-gap-migration-and-hiv-summit-report\/","title":{"rendered":"Mind the Gap\u00a0: Rapport du sommet sur la migration et le VIH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons r\u00e9uni des sympathisants et des parties prenantes de 21 pays europ\u00e9ens les 2 et 3 novembre 2022 pour notre premier sommet annuel \"Mind the Gap : Migration and HIV\". Bien que nous sachions que les communaut\u00e9s de migrants sont innovantes, r\u00e9silientes et efficaces pour cr\u00e9er un impact dans leurs localit\u00e9s, souvent avec des ressources et un soutien institutionnel limit\u00e9s, notre sommet a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'occasion de reconna\u00eetre que nous pouvons faire de plus grands progr\u00e8s en tirant parti de notre expertise, de notre exp\u00e9rience et de nos perspectives collectives pour relever les d\u00e9fis communs auxquels les communaut\u00e9s de migrants sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 travers l'Europe lorsqu'elles tentent d'acc\u00e9der aux soins de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le sommet s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 sur deux jours :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>59 participants ont soulign\u00e9 l'expertise et l'innovation de la communaut\u00e9 le premier jour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>73 participants se sont concentr\u00e9s sur une table ronde politique de haut niveau le deuxi\u00e8me jour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les conversations et les sessions entre les organisations dirig\u00e9es par des migrants, les personnes vivant avec le VIH, les universitaires, les repr\u00e9sentants de l'ONUSIDA, de l'OMS, de la Commission europ\u00e9enne et de l'IAPAC, les bailleurs de fonds, les repr\u00e9sentants du secteur pharmaceutique et d'autres sympathisants ont finalement montr\u00e9 que l'absence de statut d'immigrant \u00e9tait le principal obstacle emp\u00eachant les migrants d'acc\u00e9der aux soins de sant\u00e9 en Europe. Cette exclusion est \u00e9tay\u00e9e par<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>des conditions restrictives le long des parcours migratoires qui exacerbent les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et exposent les migrants \u00e0 des risques sanitaires accrus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les obstacles juridiques, sociaux, culturels, pratiques et \u00e9conomiques aux services de pr\u00e9vention et de soins du VIH<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les mouvements anti-migrants dans l'UE\/EEE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des politiques punitives qui limitent le soutien aux migrants en situation pr\u00e9caire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le vitriol, la stigmatisation et la discrimination x\u00e9nophobes, homophobes, transphobes, anti-travailleurs du sexe et racistes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les retomb\u00e9es du COVID-19 et de la guerre en Ukraine qui aggravent les disparit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de soins de sant\u00e9, les insuffisances des syst\u00e8mes et les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales et \u00e9conomiques dont souffrent les communaut\u00e9s noires et les minorit\u00e9s ethniques immigr\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les lacunes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notre rapport complet d\u00e9taille les obstacles et les lacunes identifi\u00e9s par les parties prenantes qui emp\u00eachent la r\u00e9alisation des soins de sant\u00e9 universels pour les migrants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>l'\u00e9cart entre la pr\u00e9vention et le d\u00e9pistage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le d\u00e9ficit d'acc\u00e8s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le manque de donn\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le foss\u00e9 de la stigmatisation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le foss\u00e9 politique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous pouvez visionner des enregistrements du sommet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCezq1ji_QXHh4UczEM3ae4A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ici.<\/a> et t\u00e9l\u00e9chargez le rapport complet ci-dessous pour voir les explications de ces lacunes et les recommandations des parties prenantes pour am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 des migrants. Notre \u00e9quipe Mi-Health Europe dirige un groupe de travail pour r\u00e9diger un document de position bas\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9sultats du sommet et nous continuons \u00e0 rassembler des donn\u00e9es avec notre partenariat Mi-Health VIH pour mieux plaider en faveur de politiques de soins de sant\u00e9 inclusives et sensibles aux besoins des migrants. Nous sommes impatients de r\u00e9unir \u00e0 nouveau les partisans et les parties prenantes plus tard en 2023 pour combler ces lacunes et inclure davantage les migrants vivant avec le VIH ou expos\u00e9s au risque de contracter le virus dans les soins de sant\u00e9 en Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une derni\u00e8re note<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sans la diversit\u00e9 des points de vue et l'expertise de tous les participants et parties prenantes, le premier sommet Mind the Gap de ce type n'aurait pas offert l'exp\u00e9rience engageante et orient\u00e9e vers l'action qu'il a \u00e9t\u00e9. Nous souhaitons remercier chaleureusement tous les participants pour leur participation, leur enthousiasme et leurs commentaires. Leurs connaissances et leurs exp\u00e9riences ont jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans les discussions, les travaux de groupe et l'orientation de nos futurs travaux.
