Peut-\u00eatre y pensez-vous dans un contexte professionnel ou dans un contexte plus personnel, plus intime, comme une relation amoureuse, mais qu'en est-il du partenariat pour le bien ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e, pr\u00e8s de <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eurostat\/statistics-explained\/index.php?title=Migration_and_migrant_population_statistics#:~:text=persons%20in%202020-,Migration%20flows%3A%20Immigration%20to%20the%20EU%20from%20non%2Dmember%20countries,left%20an%20EU%20Member%20State.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2 millions d'euros<\/a> individus traversent l'Europe, tous \u00e0 la recherche de meilleures conditions de vie, qu'elles soient politiques, socio-\u00e9conomiques, de bien-\u00eatre ou de sant\u00e9. Pour ces personnes, l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une (meilleure) sant\u00e9 peut devenir un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi lorsque le pays d'accueil n'offre pas les meilleures politiques ou le meilleur environnement pour eux. C'est la raison pour laquelle les collaborations entre les organisations non gouvernementales (ONG), les fonds du secteur priv\u00e9 et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile sont essentielles pour att\u00e9nuer le stress auquel les communaut\u00e9s de migrants sont confront\u00e9es dans ces situations pr\u00e9caires. C'est \u00e9galement la raison pour laquelle nous continuons \u00e0 faire pression en faveur de meilleures politiques de sant\u00e9 pour tous. Et c'est pourquoi Mi-Health Europe a cr\u00e9\u00e9 le partenariat Mi-Health HIV. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sous la direction de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africadvocacy.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Africa Advocacy Foundation<\/a>Nous avons obtenu un financement de la part de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gilead.com\/news-and-press\/press-room\/press-releases\/2022\/3\/gilead-sciences-announces-24-million-in-grants-to-help-end-the-hiv-epidemic-for-everyone-everywhere\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Subvention \"Zeroing In- Ending the HIV Epidemic\" de Gilead<\/a>les activit\u00e9s principales et les programmes de l'entreprise <strong>mettre fin \u00e0 l'\u00e9pid\u00e9mie de VIH<\/strong> dans les communaut\u00e9s de migrants vuln\u00e9rables \u00e0 travers l'Europe : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nous d\u00e9veloppons du mat\u00e9riel \u00e9ducatif sur le VIH adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la culture ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nous menons des initiatives innovantes en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9pistage du VIH afin de combler les lacunes dans la cascade de soins pour les migrants vuln\u00e9rables ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nous cr\u00e9ons des opportunit\u00e9s pour partager les meilleures pratiques et l'expertise entre les organisations de premi\u00e8re ligne de notre partenariat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que nous, \u00e0 Mi-Health Europe, soyons l'organisation chef de file, ce programme n\u00e9cessite une mise en \u0153uvre collaborative, poussant ainsi \u00e0 <em>des partenariats pour le bien<\/em>. Nos partenaires de mise en \u0153uvre de Zeroing In sont r\u00e9partis dans toute l'Europe. Nous sommes tous ensemble <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MiHealth_Europe\/status\/1540336691869011969\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">10 organisations dirig\u00e9es par des migrants<\/a> qui ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9, pour la premi\u00e8re fois, de travailler en partenariat afin de faire progresser la connaissance, le d\u00e9pistage et le traitement du VIH et de lever d'autres obstacles \u00e0 l'acc\u00e8s aux soins de sant\u00e9 qui affectent de mani\u00e8re disproportionn\u00e9e les communaut\u00e9s de migrants en Europe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gileadzeroingin.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La r\u00e9duction \u00e0 z\u00e9ro<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 par Gilead pour donner aux communaut\u00e9s fortement touch\u00e9es par le VIH et le COVID-19 les moyens de mener \u00e0 bien leurs activit\u00e9s actuelles et futures en mati\u00e8re de bien-\u00eatre et de sant\u00e9. Il est \u00e9galement tout \u00e0 fait unique car il englobe des approches novatrices utilisant des innovations en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 num\u00e9rique ainsi qu'un contact continu et \u00e9troit avec les communaut\u00e9s les plus touch\u00e9es par le VIH. Les principaux domaines de ce programme sont les programmes complets d'innovation en mati\u00e8re de VIH, les innovations en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 num\u00e9rique et - o\u00f9 se situe notre partenariat Mi-Health HIV - la sensibilisation et l'\u00e9ducation des communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour nous, les organisations qui nous aident \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre notre <a href=\"https:\/\/mihealtheurope.org\/fr\/partenariat-mi-health-hiv\/#:~:text=In%202022%20%E2%80%93%202023%2C%20we%20are,a%20high%20prevalence%20of%20HIV.\">Partenariat Mi-Health VIH<\/a> sont l'\u00e9pine dorsale de cette mission difficile mais r\u00e9alisable qui consiste \u00e0 mettre fin \u00e0 l'\u00e9pid\u00e9mie de VIH parmi les communaut\u00e9s de migrants en Europe. L'am\u00e9lioration de la sant\u00e9 des migrants n'est possible que si les forces s'unissent pour cr\u00e9er davantage de partenariats ayant des objectifs similaires. Nous avons form\u00e9 ce partenariat parce que nous nous sommes rendu compte qu'individuellement, chacune de nos organisations ne peut pas faire grand-chose, mais qu'ensemble, nous pouvons faire avancer des solutions communautaires pour lutter contre l'aggravation de la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 des migrants dans toute la r\u00e9gion et pour am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 des migrants. Nous nous r\u00e9jouissons de continuer \u00e0 faire progresser nos partenariats pour le bien au fur et \u00e0 mesure que nous grandissons<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s'agit donc d'un des derniers d\u00e9veloppements de notre partenariat pour le bien et nous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux de faire ce travail avec <strong>Plateforme Prevention SIDA<\/strong> (Belgique), <strong>Mouvement de solidarit\u00e9 avec le sida<\/strong> (Chypre), <strong>Association PASTT<\/strong> (France), <strong>Afrikaherz<\/strong> (Allemagne), <strong>Open Paths Ath\u00e8nes<\/strong> (Gr\u00e8ce), <strong>Association LHIVE<\/strong> (Italie), <strong>Stichting AFAA Pays-Bas<\/strong> (Pays-Bas), <strong>Mosa\u00efque Noaks Ark<\/strong> (Su\u00e8de) &amp; <strong>FPCCSIDA<\/strong> (Portugal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Surveillez cet espace pour des mises \u00e0 jour sur notre travail et notre partenariat.
