Réfugiés: Are entitled to the same health care rights as nationals.
Migrants sans papiers: Are covered by the national health service if they are registered as residents of the municipality. However, they can only access emergency, maternity and pediatric care, although many Spanish doctors and nurses continue to treat them. Undocumented migrants are required to reimburse 40% of the cost of medicines prescribed to them.
