Nuestra visi\u00f3n sigue siendo la misma: una Europa en la que todos los inmigrantes puedan disfrutar de una vida sana y segura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguiremos aprovechando los conocimientos y la experiencia de los defensores de la salud de los inmigrantes de primera l\u00ednea. Sabemos que es esta colaboraci\u00f3n la que nos permite lograr soluciones innovadoras a las desigualdades sanitarias de los inmigrantes en la regi\u00f3n europea. Nos centraremos en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Concienciaci\u00f3n y acceso a la PrEP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Educaci\u00f3n y pruebas del VIH<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Derechos de tratamiento del VIH<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pol\u00edtica sobre el VIH<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguiremos mejorando la capacidad individual y colectiva de nuestros <a href=\"https:\/\/mihealtheurope.org\/es\/socios-sanitarios-de-los-inmigrantes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Asociaci\u00f3n <\/a>compartiendo recursos, buenas pr\u00e1cticas y conocimientos para influir en las pol\u00edticas nacionales y regionales. Nuestro objetivo es una regi\u00f3n europea que responda mejor a las necesidades sanitarias de los inmigrantes que viven con el VIH o corren el riesgo de contraerlo y que est\u00e1n excluidos de las v\u00edas sanitarias generales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.africadvocacy.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AAF<\/a> El Director de Programas, Denis Onyango, afirma: \"Este programa nos permite seguir abogando por la equidad sanitaria para los migrantes en circunstancias precarias en toda Europa, presionar para que el derecho a la salud se extienda de forma significativa a todos, independientemente de su estatus migratorio, y empoderar a las comunidades migrantes. Estamos deseando ver lo que podemos conseguir cuando las comunidades migrantes se unen.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Asociaci\u00f3n Mi-Health contra el VIH est\u00e1 entusiasmada y decidida a seguir avanzando a partir de los principales logros de la primera fase de nuestra asociaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Movilizamos y sometimos a la prueba del VIH a 2.402 inmigrantes en situaci\u00f3n precaria y excluidos de los servicios, y descubrimos que 154 dieron positivo en la prueba del VIH (tasa de prevalencia 6,41%).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hemos puesto en contacto a 1.071 inmigrantes con centros sanitarios de 10 pa\u00edses europeos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nuestra Asociaci\u00f3n co-cre\u00f3 y produjo 54 recursos educativos \u00fanicos sobre el VIH en 9 idiomas y distribuy\u00f3 17.020 materiales entre los inmigrantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construimos un foro de intercambio comunitario cohesionado que apoya a nuestras organizaciones de primera l\u00ednea, y 93% de nuestras organizaciones asociadas estuvieron de acuerdo o muy de acuerdo en que sus organizaciones hab\u00edan conseguido algo que de otro modo no habr\u00edan conseguido gracias a su participaci\u00f3n en la Asociaci\u00f3n Mi-Health contra el VIH.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hemos recopilado datos nunca antes recogidos, desglosados y de alta calidad sobre los inmigrantes y el VIH, y hemos presentado nuestras conclusiones en tres conferencias internacionales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Convocamos por primera vez una cumbre centrada en el VIH en el contexto de la migraci\u00f3n, en la que participaron m\u00e1s de 89 delegados clave.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estamos muy agradecidos a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gilead.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gilead Sciences<\/a> por apoyar nuestro trabajo, por su dedicaci\u00f3n a la equidad sanitaria y por respaldar a las organizaciones comunitarias y de base.
