Aunque sabemos que las comunidades migrantes son innovadoras, resilientes y eficaces a la hora de generar impacto en sus localidades, a menudo con recursos y apoyo institucional limitados, nuestra cumbre fue un reconocimiento de que podemos avanzar m\u00e1s aprovechando nuestros conocimientos, experiencia y perspectivas colectivos para abordar los retos comunes a los que se enfrentan las comunidades migrantes en toda Europa cuando intentan acceder a la atenci\u00f3n sanitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La cumbre dur\u00f3 dos d\u00edas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>59 participantes destacaron la experiencia y la innovaci\u00f3n de la comunidad en la primera jornada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>73 participantes se centraron en una mesa redonda de alto nivel pol\u00edtico el segundo d\u00eda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Las conversaciones y sesiones entre organizaciones dirigidas por inmigrantes, personas que viven con el VIH, acad\u00e9micos, representantes de ONUSIDA, la OMS, la Comisi\u00f3n Europea y el IAPAC, financiadores, representantes de empresas farmac\u00e9uticas y otros partidarios se\u00f1alaron en \u00faltima instancia la falta de estatus migratorio como la principal barrera que impide a los inmigrantes acceder a la asistencia sanitaria en Europa. Esta exclusi\u00f3n se sustenta en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>condiciones restrictivas a lo largo de los viajes migratorios que agravan las desigualdades sanitarias y exponen a los migrantes a mayores riesgos sanitarios<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>obst\u00e1culos jur\u00eddicos, sociales, culturales, pr\u00e1cticos y econ\u00f3micos a los servicios de prevenci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n del VIH<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>movimientos antimigraci\u00f3n en la UE y el EEE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pol\u00edticas punitivas que limitan el apoyo a los inmigrantes en situaci\u00f3n precaria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vitriolo xen\u00f3fobo, hom\u00f3fobo, transf\u00f3bico, antitrabajadores sexuales y racista, estigma y discriminaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>las secuelas del COVID-19 y de la guerra en Ucrania, que agravan las disparidades sanitarias, las deficiencias de los sistemas y las desigualdades sociales y econ\u00f3micas que afectan a las comunidades migrantes negras y de minor\u00edas \u00e9tnicas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las lagunas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro informe completo detalla las barreras y lagunas identificadas por las partes interesadas que impiden la realizaci\u00f3n de la sanidad universal para los inmigrantes y que se resumen a grandes rasgos en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la brecha de la prevenci\u00f3n y las pruebas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la brecha de acceso<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la falta de datos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la brecha del estigma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>el vac\u00edo pol\u00edtico<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede ver las grabaciones de la cumbre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCezq1ji_QXHh4UczEM3ae4A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aqu\u00ed.<\/a> y desc\u00e1rguese el informe completo a continuaci\u00f3n para ver las explicaciones de estas lagunas y las recomendaciones de las partes interesadas para mejorar los resultados sanitarios de los inmigrantes. Nuestro equipo Mi-Health Europe est\u00e1 dirigiendo un grupo de trabajo para redactar un documento de posici\u00f3n basado en los resultados de la cumbre y seguimos recopilando datos con nuestra Mi-Health HIV Partnership para abogar mejor por pol\u00edticas sanitarias inclusivas y sensibles a los migrantes.
